Courtney graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition and is currently completing a Masters in Functional Medicine and Human Nutrition. She has a rich professional background. She has worked in corporate wellness programs, is the lead dietitian at the Florida Hospital Cancer Institutes and the University of Florida Sports Nutrition Program.
In a society more comfortable with black-and-white answers and ways of living, Courtney practices in the grey: Courtney believes the path to the highest potential and wellness in life must incorporate a wide range of practices, which will differ from person to person. She meets her patients where they are, then helps them get to where they would like to be: Healthy, Happy, and Thriving!
