Together you will figure out what to eat and how to eat, build a food reintroduction schedule and rotation diet planner. You will receive a food idea list that is unique to YOU, and quickly build a varied, delicious, easy to follow and healthy eating plan.

Infrared Sauna

Far Infrared rays are the invisible light waves from the sun that can be used to generate heat from WITHIN the body. There is NO UV or electromagnetic radiation exposure and unlike the traditional saunas that generate heat from OUTSIDE the body and can cause overheating, the risk of overheating with IR Saunas is minimized.
