Taurine and L-Carnitine are two very important amino acids that our bodies need to function properly. Although we may not fully understand using them together, it’s important to understand what they do separately.

Taurine is also known as an amino sulfonic acid. It’s not essential, which means that our body makes it on its own. This is possible by the process our body goes through when we consume protein. If you eat the recommended amounts of protein, it will be converted to Cysteine. That will provide your body with a sufficient amount of Taurine.
